    • Students, who have to submit Undertakings in 3 Consecutive Examinations in a particular session, will not be allowed to sit for the Final Examinations for that Academic Session.
    • Students must secure a minimum of 33% marks in each Subject considering the Over-All Cumulative Marks obtained in the current academic session in order to be eligible for Promotion to the next higher Class.

MINIMUM CRITERIA OF PROMOTION

  1. Students, failing in more than 1 Subject out of 5 in the Over-All Cumulative Result, will not be considered for Promotion to the next higher Class.
  2. Students, failing in more than 2 Subjects out of 6 in the over-all Cumulative Result, will not be considered for Promotion to the next higher Class. However, they shall be considerd for Promotion if they drop 1 Subject amongst the failed Subjects(only).

NOTE: Students, who have to submit Undertakings in 3 Consecutive Examinations in a particular session, will not be allowed to sit for the Final Examinations for that Academic Session.

NOTE For CLASS XII

Students, failing in more than 1 Subject out of 5 in the UT & PT-1 Examination consecutively along with a history of ill performance (failure), will be debarred from appearing in the Board Examination.

Students, failing in more than 2 Subjects out of 6 in the UT & PT-1 Examination consecutively along with a history of ill performance(failure), will have to drop 1 Subject among the Failed Subjects in order to fill up the LOC to appear for the Board Examinations.

NOTE: Students, who have to submit Undertakings in 3 Consecutive Examinations in a particular session, will not be allowed to sit for the Board Examinations for that Academic Session.

Special Attention: All the deadlines provided by the Subject Teachers for the completion of Project/Lab Manual / Activity Files needs to be strictly adhered to in order to be eligible for LOC/Registration to appear in the forthcoming examinations.

Students will have to secure minimum 33% marks in each Subject under the Over-All Cumulative Result in order to be eligible for Promotion to the next higher Class. Students need to pass the Theory and Practical Examination separately by obtaining minimum 33% passing marks in each respectively.
