Investiture Ceremony

Jyotirmoy Public School, on the same lines, formally invested the authority, power and responsibilities of the school to the Student Council during the Investiture Ceremony for the session 2022-23 on 23rd of June 2022, who would work hand in hand to bring glory to the school and help it reach greater heights. The ceremony was glorified by the presence of the Chief Guest, IC of Sonarpur Police Station, Shri Sanjib Chakraborty and the Founder of JEWF, Dr. Partha Sarathi Ganguly. The ceremony commenced as the anchors invited the Chief Guest, director of JEWF and the Principal of JPS, Mr. Sushant Das, to light the lamp, followed by the welcome song of the school choir. Our Principal Sir welcomed the esteemed guests and the audience with his valuable words. The Prefectorial Council then marched up with pinpoint precession and synchronization. The audience were enlightened by our chief guest and director through their prized thoughts.
The atmosphere was filled with energy and enthusiasm as the prefectorial body took the oath, guided by the chief guest, to fulfill their duties and responsibilities to uphold justice and in the interest of all. The prestigious badges were bestowed upon the school captains, followed by the respective House Captains and prefects by the Chief Guest. Our Principal and the House-in-charges then handed over the school flag and the house flags to the school and the house captains respectively. The ceremony ended in bliss as the school girl captain delivered the vote of thanks followed by singing of the National Anthem.
